Joined the Aga Khan University Hospital in the Finance Department in 1986. Worked in the Internal Audit Department from 1991 to 1993. Became the Head of Training and Development Department in 1993 and continued till 1997.

Joined KPMG Taseer Hadi Khalid & Co. as Head of Management Consulting. Also conducted ISO-9000 certification and surveillance audits on behalf of AIB VinCotte a Belgian firm. In August 2000, founded his own consulting firm by the name of The Learning Organization and is currently its Chief Learning Officer.

Course Facilitator Has been Course Facilitator for over 1000 Training Workshops on Strategic Planning, Family Businesses, Human Resources and Management Skills conducted in Pakistan, UAE and USA.
Consultant Has been Consultant to various clients on projects related to Strategic Planning, Family Businesses, Business Process Re-engineering, Compensation Surveys, Human Resources, Organization Development and Diagnostic Reviews in diverse industries.
