To oversee the operations of an interantional food chain franchise.
Responsibilities
1.Prepare budgets for the restaurants.
2.Be responsible for the performanceof the restaurants i.e. Sales, Food Costs, Expenses and Customer Services.
3.Coordinate Local Store Marketing Activities with the Restaurant Managers and Marketing Executive.
4.Oversee training of the restaurant staff.
5.Assisst in identifying new locations for the restaurants.
6.Present a montlhy report to the Management on the restaurants performance.

Education
The ideal candidate must be holding a masters degree with specialization in hospitality business.
Experience
At least 10-15 years of experience in dealing the operations in foreign food chains or five-star hotels at a senior level.
