Business Process Manager
|
| Ensure effective implementation of the defined policies, procedures and processes. |
|
Responsibilities |
|
1.Evaluate specialized methodologies, tools and techniques to aid in business change management.
2.Document business processes in compliance with standards such as ISO 9001, 27001etc.
3.Manage the process of preparation and implementation of company wide policies, procedures, processes, techniques, metrics/models, and other time/cost saving initiatives.
4.Perform root cause analysis in order to recommend process enhancements or other appropriate actions to improve productivity for both the business and operational units.

Skills |
|
The candidate must have strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills.
|
|
Education |
|
At least graduate from an accredited university / institute, preferably in business management and / or IT.
|
|
Experience |
|
At least 5-8 years must have two years experience of implementation of business processes re-engineering, automation of processes using BPM / Workflow Software.
