Compensation & Benefits Manager
A global leader in consumer durable, is looking for highly experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager.
Responsibilities
1) In depth analysis of current Compensation & benefits structure in an organization.
2) Benchmarking, position wise, with industry practices and identifying gaps.
3) Ability to identity value adding Compensation & benefits components and make recommendations.
4) Participate in MERCER surveys and make appropriate analysis.
5) Ensure timely and accurate completion of regional assignments.
6) Other related assignments, as required.
Skills
1) Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel (Pivot tables, macros, variance analysis, statistical analysis, etc.) and Power Point.
2) Experience of SPSS and SAP will be an advantage.
3) Excellent communication (verbal and written in English) and interpersonal skills.
Education
MBA in HR.
Experience
At least 6 to 7 years of Compensation & Benefits experience, in a multinational or a reputed national company.
