Responsibilities |
|
1) Promote learning & development through training programs.
2) Create a coaching culture in the Sales Function.
3) Developing & customizing training programs for Field Force and Field Sales Management.
4) Analyze business and organizational needs and translate them in the training & development plans.
5) Preparing training budget.
6) Determine the training needs of the field force to bridge the gap between actual and desired level.
7) Review and evaluate the initiatives of training and development to ensure that they meet the requirements of sales management to achieve highest quality standards.

Skills |
|
1) Knowledge of planning and delivering training programs.
2) Excellent presentation & communication skills.
3) Sound knowledge of technical concept with the ability to grasp products related and technical concepts.
4) Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build & develop relationship with internal customers.
5) Proficiency in the use of MS Office is mandatory.

|
M.B.B.S. with B. Pharmacy / M.Sc (Biological Sciences) / B.Sc.
|
|
Experience |
|
4-5 years of relevant experience is preferable.
